Product details
The Fujifilm X100VI is the sixth generation model in the X100
The Fujifilm X100VI embodies the perfect balance between traditional photography and innovative technology like no other digital camera. Its elegant design combines minimalism and exquisite taste. Its operation is reminiscent of a time when every image had a special meaning and endured for generations. At the same time, its outstanding image quality and unique functionality usher in a special era of photography.
The X100VI is equipped with the back-illuminated X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor with 40.2 megapixels. Thanks to a further developed pixel structure, a larger amount of light than before can be captured by the sensor, so that ISO 125 is now available as the standard sensitivity and no longer has to be selected via the extended ISO range. In addition, the proven 23mmF2 fixed focal length harmonises perfectly with the 40.2 megapixel sensor, so that the X100VI delivers razor-sharp, high-resolution images.
The Fujifilm X100VI has a timeless elegance - a modern classic. The upper and lower housing plates are made of solid aluminium and give the camera a perfectly shaped appearance. The anodised aluminium gives the housing a beautiful silky sheen.

The Fujifilm X100VI, based on the X APS-C models, is also in high demand in its sixth generation. It is one of the cameras that is being further developed and offers the performance of a system camera.
Leica's D-Lux 8 leaves a mixed result in the test. The camera is stylish and makes a high-quality impression. However, the image sensor and autofocus remain at the level of the LX100 II from 2018 and cannot keep up with the best cameras tested. The test victory goes to the Fujifilm X100VI, which is the only camera that is technically completely up to date...
- High image quality
- Very detailed
- double viewfinder
- bright
- High price
- Zoom digital only
The Fujifilm X100VI impresses with particularly detailed photos and videos. It reacts quickly when taking snapshots. Operation is simple, but also makes it very easy to change the camera settings. Those who value a lot of zoom will probably not be happy with the X100VI. This is because bringing subjects closer is only possible digitally or with an attachment lens.
- Image stabiliser (IBIS)
- High-resolution sensor
- Film simulations
- High price
- Folding display without rotating/swivelling function
Fuiifilm has significantly upgraded the technology of the new X100VI with an image-stabilised 40-megapixel sensor and fast processor. The high-end compact particularly shows its strengths in street photography with fast autofocus tracking and the popular Fuifilm film simulations...
The Fujifilm X100VI is not a cheap camera: 1800 euros is a lot of money for a compact with an APS-C sensor. However, it impresses with its high imaging performance and good features: These include, above all, the camera's image stabilisation, but also the good viewfinder and monitor as well as the fast AF system with modern scene recognition...
Fujifilm has achieved a great success with the X100VI. It is the first compact camera to earn our exceptional rating of "Super". The retro operating concept remains a matter of taste. As the camera also allows "modern" operation, everyone will get their money's worth. The high price of 1800 euros remains...
