Product details
The Eclipse 5145 is a powerful single-line handheld laser scanner for all common barcode types. The compact housing and extensive programming and connection options make it the ideal all-round scanner
for many typical barcode applications.
The reading distance and the scanning field of the Eclipse 5145 are significantly higher than those of a CCD scanner due to the modern laser engine. Due to its high scanning rate, it reads very aggressively and even high-resolution or very small barcodes without errors. It is suitable for use at the checkout, also for jewelry stores or for scanning the smallest electronic components or mechanical elements. The Eclipse 5145 withstands repeated falls from a height of up to 1.5 m onto concrete without damage, its housing is protected against dust. With a weight of only 97 g, it is one of the lightweights.
With the optional CodeGate function, the scanner first stores the read data temporarily. The CodeGate function is particularly suitable for reading small barcodes or for menu scanning and document capture.
