Can I also transfer the videos to the pc, i.e. the mac, and is there also an editing programme here?

No, with Game Capture HD II you can only record onto a hard disk connected to it(!). To tap HDMI to the PC, you can use a USB or PCIe card from the AverMedia Live Gamer or DarkCrystal series, for example: AVerMedia Live Gamer Extreme LGX (PC, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One) Alternatively, you can use your Firewire. If you don't have a Firewire port on your PC, there are many Firewire PCIe cards on the market. At Digitec, for example, you can find cards from the Delock brand: Delock 89153, PCI-E x1 to 2x 1394B + 1x 1394A
Hello, I have an HDMI splitter in between and use the device with a (MAG254-Set Top Box IPTV [HDMI/Dolby DIGITAL/DCP] ) instead of a game console. If the output signal from the console is in DCP you need an ( HDMI splitter [HDCP/HDTV compatible]) otherwise you have no picture.
