Vom grellen Orange abgesehen, gleicht das Rollei C5i Aluminium auf den ersten Blick dem Cullmann Nando wie ein Haar dem anderen. Erst bei genauerem Hinsehen fällt auf, dass das Rollei - trotz nahezu gleichem Gewicht - deutlich kürzer als das Cullmann-Modell ist. Es wirkt im Stand auch nicht ganz so solide wie sein Doppelgänger, obwohl es laut Rollei doppelt so viel Kamera tragen kann, nämlich 8 Kilogramm...
