However, the fact that even less tech-savvy users can easily manage it speaks in its favour.

The Synology BeeDrive is more expensive than a conventional SSD of the same size and speed. However, there are very easy-to-use apps for computers and mobiles for automatic data backup and synchronisation. If you don't need this, you can save around 40 euros.
