The large-format 3.2″ TFT colour display shows useful information in razor-sharp detail. The night mode switches the display off as required so as not to disturb your sleep. The hotel mode can be activated to protect important settings from unintentional changes. Network settings, language, maximum volume, date/time, display settings, Bluetooth settings, factory settings, etc. can be secured with a password lock.

Two 3″ speakers with 15 W power each, supported by a digital sound processor (DSP) and comprehensive equaliser, offer an excellent sound experience. In addition, the record function makes it easy to record music streams on a connected USB data carrier at the touch of a button or by programming a timer. The radio also features innovative EWF and Journaline technology. EWF is a DAB+-based alarm system that transmits life-saving information to appropriate receivers in the event of an emergency. This technology is currently still being tested.
