Already at open aperture, the lens, which is equipped with 10 aperture blades, offers outstanding optical quality with excellent bokeh to play with. Its optical design ensures the high quality standard
from infinity up to the maximum reproduction scale of 1:2.
The apochromatic correction (the correction to three colors, not just two), symbolized by the three colored slashes on the lens, almost completely eliminates chromatic aberrations. The electronic integration makes it very convenient to use on E-mount cameras. For example, distance and focal length data are transmitted, giving the camera's 5-axis stabilizer the information it needs and automatically switching on the viewfinder magnifier during adjustment. The EXIF data also facilitate the evaluation correction of the images in image processing.

Auch offen messen wir gute Werte in der Bildmitte bei einem geringen Randabfall. Eines der besten Objektive für die Sony-KB-Kameras überhaupt, ohne AF und natürlich empfohlen.
