Product details

Thanks to its aspherical lens element, the fast 2.0/40 mm Ultron SLIIs has the ideal combination of compactness and top imaging performance, making it suitable as a permanent companion for reportage photography
with the full-frame SLR. The Ultron with Nikon mount also has an integrated CPU that corresponds with the camera electronics and informs the exposure electronics about the set distance, resulting in finer dosed flash control, among other things.

Das 2/40 liefert am Nikon-KB-Sensor bei Blende 4 ein sehr gutes Ergebnis in der Bildmitte. Der Randabfall ist akzeptabel. Bei Blende 5,6 fallen alle Werte noch leicht besser aus. Doch bei Blende 2 sinkt die Bildmitte deutlich unter unsere Erwartungen, der Randabfall ist kräftig die Vignettierung stark. Die 530-Euro-Non-AF-Optik erhält wegen den guten Leistungen ab Blende 4 eine Empfehlung.
