Question about G5 Universal Dock - 354801

I bought this G5 Universal Docking Station and connected it to my new HP Pavilion 15-cs3976nz together with two newly bought screens (HP EliteDisplay 233). Unfortunately, the screens do not work - neither with HDMI nor with the supplied display port cables. I have downloaded the drivers and installed them on a CD-Rom. The laptop simply does not recognise the monitors! According to the product description of the docking station, the installation of Thunderbold should not be necessary, right? In the office we use cables with VGA (monitor) and display port cable (docking station). Who can help me here?

According to the HP Store, your device is not listed, so the docking station may not be compatible with your laptop.
