Product details
To cook pasta easily al dente WMF has developed pots with integrated sieve. This is practical, because when the pasta is ready, simply lift out the sieve insert - without potholders, because the handles
are hollow and cannot heat up. Tip the pasta water into the drain except for a small amount. Now put the sieve together with the pasta back into the pot, put the lid back on - this way the pasta stays warm until serving. The WMF models are made of Cromargan and are equipped with a TransTherm all-stove base. They are available in 18 and 24 centimetre diameters.
