Fjällräven Kånken

Straight backs are healthy backs. The Kånken was launched back in 1978 to help prevent posture problems among Swedish schoolchildren. It was soon impossible to imagine the country's conventional and forest kindergartens without the backpack. More than 35 years later, Fjällräven's Kånken has saved millions of children from spinal damage. The classic's triumphant success continues today, not least because the backpack proves its worth on the way to school and work as well as on trips and journeys. The backpack is made of durable, lightweight Vinylon F, which repels dirt and moisture. Thanks to the large zippered opening, the spacious main compartment is easy to pack. The two shallow side pockets and zippered front compartment are ideal for all the things that need to be quickly at hand while on the go. The PE foam seat cushion disappears into the rear interior compartment when not in use, where it prevents the backpack's contents from pushing through to your back. As soon as you want to take a break, it is quickly retrieved. The simple, yet practical carrying system consists of handles on the top and narrow, adjustable shoulder straps. The logo on the front is reflective. Inside the main compartment is an address label.
