Product details

With a lightweight design of just 215 g, the Imperial sets new standards in weight-reduced, high-performance footwear for professional-level road cyclists. The core of the new Imperial features Giro's patented Synchwire upper construction, made from ultra-light monofilament nylon reinforced with thermally welded Teijin elastomers (TPU). This provides the shoe with optimal structural support and significantly enhances durability, especially in critical areas. The Dual Boa IP1 closure system with Soft-Lace guidance ensures completely even lacing, eliminates pressure points, and comfortably adapts to the foot. The Easton EC90 SLX2 carbon fiber sole offers the perfect balance between weight and stiffness, and combined with the customizable Super Natural Fit footbed system, it delivers unmatched pedaling efficiency and comfort. With the Imperial, Giro introduces a race-ready shoe that feels like a second skin from the very first wear.
