The MTN Trainer 2 was developed in Montebelluna, the cradle of alpine shoemaking. It is a durable and versatile low-cut alpine approach shoe featuring a high-quality 1.6-millimeter suede upper and a Vibram outsole. Its robust upper is equipped with a full rubber rand for 360° abrasion resistance in rocky terrain, as well as a quick-drying Gore-Tex Extended Comfort lining for lasting waterproofing and optimized breathability. Beneath the laces, there is a protective stretch gaiter to keep rain and water out. The improved last construction is 15% lighter and more flexible than the original, providing a comfortable fit, while the extended PU midsole offers long-lasting cushioning and rebound.
