The mat comes in the usual size: 185 x 61 cm and is suitable for gymnastic and aerobic exercises as well as stretching. The soft surface gives a pleasant feeling and good cushioning. It is sweat repellent, washable, non-slip and easy to transport thanks to the special belt strap. Since 2013, the versatile fitness range of the Schildkröt brand has offered a wide selection of small fitness equipment for use at home or on the move. Due to the high degree of brand awareness, Schildkröt was able to establish itself in the fitness market very quickly. Today, renowned specialist dealers cover the small fitness equipment sector with Schildkröt. In addition, only recently and for the second time in a row, Schildkröt was named "Best Manufacturer" of the year in the category "Fitness" by the dealers of Germany in the SAZ. 7 years after its market launch, the traditional German brand is completely renewing its brand image in its fitness segment and is presenting a new, dynamic and appealing packaging concept for the year 2020. In the course of the comprehensive brand relaunch, Schildkröt was also able to win Arnd Peiffer, currently the most successful German biathlete, as a new brand ambassador. Peiffer, who was born in Lower Saxony, Germany, can look back on many medals, Olympic victories (including Olympic gold in the 2018 10-km sprint in Pyeongchang) and World Championship titles.
