I didn't know it was not available (mine is still available). I don't know of any alternative, but I hope it will be available again at some point. In between I took it out and vacuumed it, this extends it a few weeks....

Hello Community I have the following solution (WITHOUT WARRANTY) for all those who have problems with the filter, as it is very poorly available. I use the following product: Xiaomi MI Air Purifier Pro H 70 W. My tip: 1. switch off the device. 2. use a hoover with a brush attachment and clean the filter thoroughly. Don't forget the inner housing and the air inlets on the side. 3. reinsert the cleaned filter and close the flap at the back. 4. switch the appliance back on. In most cases, the display will still show 0 % = filter replacement? NO! :D This is where the MC Guyver comes into play :D ... as follows: 1. press the switch/button at the back upwards (keep it pressed) where you remove the cover, and at the same time press the power button on the front of the display "Symbol (O)" for at least 10 seconds until a signal sounds and some symbols appear on the display. Then release both buttons. 2. if this is the case, press ONLY the power button "Symbol (O)" on the front of the display again for approx. 10 seconds and then release. 3. after this step, the display will start flashing (green/orange/red) and the air purifier will run simultaneously. Wait a few seconds, then remove the plug from the socket and reconnect it to the power supply after 10 seconds. Et voilà... the filter display shows 100 % again. :D I tried it out today, 13.04.2024, on my two devices at home. Now I'll be watching over the next few days / weeks to see if it works and the filter counter reading drops from 100 % to 99 %, 98 %, 97 % etc. If you use the app for control via the WLAN, you have to register / install the devices again in the app. This shouldn't be a problem. :-) I hope I have been able to help you with this.

Thank you for the detailed instructions for the Community.

I'm very happy with this Xiaomi Air Purifier, I've had it for a few years now. It filters very well, I run it all year round. The replacement filter is not exactly cheap, but you can delay buying a replacement filter if you vacuum around it from time to time. The Air Purifier shows you when the filter needs replacing.

Unfortunately, we do not have any experience of this ourselves and unfortunately we no longer receive any information about the product from the third-party dealer as it is on sale. However, we recommend that you ask such a question as a discussion, as experience has shown that more customers respond there than to a single question.

According to internal clarifications and enquiries with the supplier, we can say the following about the filters: Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier Formaldehyde Filter S1 We recommend this filter for rooms that cannot be ventilated. It captures 99% of dust, pollen, dander, mould spores etc. In addition, the product has an activated carbon filter which neutralises room odours. In summary: HEPA filter + activated carbon filter + formaldehyde filter. Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier Filter HEPA filter + activated carbon filter + antibacterial surface Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier HEPA Filter This is a HEPA and activated carbon filter for very fine dust particles and neutralising room odours. So we would most likely recommend the first filter. This is ideal for pollen allergy sufferers and closed rooms that cannot be ventilated.
