Outside Cromargan® - easy-care and indestructible, inside CeraDur®. The mineral-based ceramic sealant has excellent non-stick properties and is extremely heat-resistant up to 400°C.
The good non-stick properties have two effects: Nothing sticks to the surface during frying - even when very little fat is used - and cleaning is particularly easy. The TransTherm® all-stove base for optimum heat distribution and storage is suitable for all types of stove. The handle fits well in the hand and is provided with flame protection. The CeraDur® Profi pan is suitable for everything that is fried quickly and at high heat, such as steak, bratwurst, fish, pancakes, rösti, fried potatoes and eggs. Due to the high temperature resistance there is no danger of overheating.
